You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to MIRQ, including account/profile data, guild or channel names/descriptions, messages, files, and similar user-provided information.
To provide the Service, you grant KloudNex Services a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and make technical modifications to that data solely as needed to operate, secure, moderate, troubleshoot, improve, and comply with applicable law.

We do not collect or store voice call or voice channel audio content data.
We collect this data solely for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the Service.
MIRQ and KloudNex Services will never sell, rent, broker, license, or otherwise share user data for profit.
We do not provide user data to third parties for advertising, surveillance-capitalism use cases, or pattern-of-life development.
Data may be processed or disclosed only when necessary to operate the Service, enforce rules, investigate abuse, respond to security incidents, or comply with applicable law.
We retain data at our discretion. We make no guarantee that your data will be preserved. We may perform system-wide wipes, delete inactive accounts, or remove specific content without warning. You bear the sole responsibility for backing up any information you wish to keep; MIRQ is not a file storage service.
Data used in the creation or operation of guilds, channels, roles, and other system objects, including names and descriptions, may be wiped, altered, moved, or truncated without warning due to bugs, outages, migrations, maintenance, upgrades, or policy/system changes.
Although unintended data loss is not our goal, to the maximum extent permitted by law MIRQ is not responsible for loss, corruption, truncation, or alteration of data in the Service.
If you or your guild enable Client Lua Plugins or Guild Lua Apps, those scripts may access, process, modify, or transmit data according to their code and configuration, including interactions with third-party services configured by users or guild admins.
MIRQ does not sell your data, but we cannot guarantee the behavior, safety, or legal compliance of user-authored or third-party plugin/app code. You are responsible for reviewing and trusting what you install or enable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIRQ is not responsible for data exposure, misuse, corruption, deletion, truncation, or other harms caused by Client Lua Plugins, Guild Lua Apps, or their dependencies.
While we employ security measures (including encryption) to protect data, we do not guarantee that your data will be secure from unauthorized access, loss, or corruption. You acknowledge that no system is impenetrable and that you use the Service at your own risk. We expressly disclaim any liability for data breaches, leaks, or loss.
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time.
